I am originally from the picturesque landscapes of Montana, I have always had a deep appreciation for nature. When I'm not in the therapy room, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, soaking in the beauty of the mountains and lakes. My love for being outside inspires and enriches my work, allowing me to approach therapy with a sense of openness and tranquility.

In my free time, I enjoy indulging in my passions for reading, painting, and getting as much joy out of life as I possibly can. These hobbies not only bring me happiness but also inform my practice, helping me to stay creative and empathetic in my approach to therapy.

Therapy with Me

As a relationship and intimacy therapist and the founder of Outbound Therapy, I have a passion for guiding clients on their journey to personal growth and well-being. I specialize in providing compassionate and effective psychotherapy with a focus on relationships, sex, and intimacy. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I'm here to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly express yourself. By combining Developmental Model techniques with a personalized approach, I can help you navigate the complexities of relationships and intimacy both individually and relationally. As a society, modern America often values individuality over community leaving many people feeling alone and lost especially with a topic as taboo as sex. We are subjected to so many assumptions, myths, and misinformation surrounding sex with ourselves and others, how do we navigate it? I am here to help guide you to finding your sex preferences, your voice during sex, your fun side, your kinky alter ego, your desire and passion, or whatever is holding you back. I would be happy to help you move toward a more passionate and loving relationship with yourself and/or your partner with better communication and understanding of each other.

What is my therapy style?

I chose to become a therapist not because I view people as broken and in need of repair, but because I have a deep love for humanity. I wholeheartedly believe in people's capacity to transcend their past negative experiences and evolve beyond the challenges they face today. I have been in personal therapy for 10+ years (and will continue to be in therapy) to make sure that when I sit down with you, you get the best parts of me. I strive to create a social justice-oriented, non-judgmental, and open-minded safe space to dive into what is blocking you from thoroughly enjoying your life at its most intimate levels. In the spirit of authenticity, I am a very direct and passionate clinician which may result in profanity and playfulness. I will challenge, support, and cheer you on when needed. I hold the utmost respect for my clients and their wellbeing is above all else. If you’ll allow me, I would love to join you on your outbound journey to better relationships, better intimacy, and a better understanding of yourself.

I can offer support with navigating boundaries with partners, exploring kinks, desire discrepancies, sexual shame from religion or society, infidelity, problems relating to performance, and men’s specific issues.

“It’s never overreacting to ask for what you want and need.”
